Stress (the bad kind) is an everyday hazard of the caregiving workplace for both professional and family caregivers. Fortunately, there are many things you can do to minimize the pressure you feel. Here are helpful suggestions from our teachable.com Caregiver Safety Training course. Many of these stress remedies can be built into the typical day of providing care for a senior.
