On The Menu - Sautéed Polenta

A challenge when preparing nutritious meals for seniors is to add variety, yet stay in the diner's comfort zone. Executive Chef Henri Chazaud trains our caregivers to put corn, a common grain, on the menu with an interesting twist - sauté polenta. Polenta is a form of cornmeal that can easily be formed into patties. It's hearty, filling and tasty. Here's a video and a recipe that show how easy and quick it is to prepare and serve.
