Preparing nutritious meals our senior clients enjoy is an important part of our in home care. In this training video, Executive Chef Henri Chazaud demonstrates how we poach cod. Poaching is a process of cooking food by placing it in liquid that is heated to just below its boiling point. It is quick, maintains moisture and retains nutrients. Henri adds spices and tomatoes.
